The Crystal Lodge

Location was amazing. Right in the centre of Whistler. Surprised how quiet my room was thinking it would be loud because of location. Love that you can open the window, big bonus for me. Views of two mountains were awesome. Room was clean and a great size.

Absolutely amazing experience. The location cannot be beat, we were right in the village. The room was large and spacious. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face. We had an issue with a drunk and angry guest at the pool - we informed management and they provided us with complimentary wine and a card. Not necessary as the problem was not caused by them but rather a guest but it was a nice gesture. We will be back! Thank you to everyone at Crystal Lodge for making our long weekend so memorable.

The lift suite was very nice and the parking was free the weekend we were there.

Great location with access onto the village stroll. Clean room with AC and a great, powerful shower. The hotel caters for dog owners and mountain bikers. Swimming pool is a nice addition (although very busy during the day).

The staff were so lovely and always said hello. Everything was clean and smelled refreshing. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! Heated floors on the deck and the pool was perfectly warm for a cool spring day. Additionally, we came 3 hours early to inquire about parking but were immediately allowed to check in for no extra charge. In our “surprise room” reservation, we were given a king bed with a spacious patio. The staff went above and beyond!
